The main site will be Central Park with the additional sites to be determined. Central Park is one of Northern California’s Premier Facilities and has hosted the State Cup and many regional events, additionally it boasts 10 high quality grass fields.

HOW DO I REGISTER
All teams must register on-line.

Please make sure you inform us of which team the check is for when sending it in.
** Please fill in the on line application fully. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
** If you can not pay on line you still have to register on line and then send in your check.
** Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
** Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
** Any team which withdraws after the application deadline of (September 1st) will not be eligible for a refund.

INSURANCE
Teams that are not US CLUB registered are allowed to enter but they must purchase insurance to cover the team for the HK Shoot-Out. The cost is $50 per team for the weekend. To learn more or to purchase please click the on the following link;

Teams that are accepted to the Tournament will need to send proof of insurance to rcaldwell@mvusoccer.com no later than September 20th, 2011. Proof of insurance will also need to be displayed during registration. Without US Club proof of insurance, accepted teams will not be able to play and forfeit tournament entry fee.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U9-U11 teams play 8v8, U12-16 teams play 11v11.

COMMUNICATIONS
Each team is required to have an e-mail address and a designated team contact in order to receive all tournament communications. All communication will be carried out via e-mail and the internet.
