FYSL is proud to host the Kick or Treat for U9-U16 Boys and Girls for Div 3 teams and qualified recreation credentialed teams.
GENERAL INFORMATION
FYSL is pleased to announce the Kick or Treat Tournament, held in beautiful Fremont, California. The Kick or Treat Tournament is tailored for U9-U16 Boys and Girls Division 3 teams to help maximize their season. This tournament is sanctioned by US Club.
WHEN
October 30th and October 31st, 2010.
WHERE
The main site will be Central Park with the additional sites to be determined. Central Park is one of Northern California’s Premier Facilities and has hosted the State Cup and many regional events, additionally boasts 10 fantastic grass fields.

U9-U16 Boys and Girls comp teams.

Division 3 Comp teams
However, those teams/clubs wishing to pay by check need to make their check payable to FYSL and mail to:

Please make sure you inform us of which team the check is for when sending it in.
** Please fill in the on line application fully. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
** If you can not pay on line you still have to register on line and then send in your check.
** Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
** Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
** Any team which withdraws after the application deadline of (date will be announced shortly) will not be eligible for a refund.

INSURANCE
Teams that are not US CLUB registered are allowed to enter but they must purchase insurance to cover the team for the Kick or Treat Tournament. The cost is $50 per team for the weekend. To learn more or to purchase please click the on the following link;
Teams that are accepted to the Tournament will need to send proof of insurance to rcaldwell@fysl.org no later than October 20th, 2010.
Proof of insurance will also need to be displayed during registration. Without US Club proof of insurance, accepted teams will not be able to play and forfeit tournament entry fee.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U9-U11 Boys and Girls teams play 8-a-side and may carry up to 14 players on their roster.
U12-U16 Boys and Girls teams play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster.

COMMUNICATIONS
Each team is required to have an e-mail address and a designated team contact in order to receive all tournament communications. All communication will be carried out via e-mail and the internet.
