FYSL is proud to host the Kick or Treat for U9-U16 Boys and Girls for Div 3 teams.
GENERAL INFORMATION
FYSL is pleased to announce the Kick or Treat Tournament, held in beautiful Fremont, California. The Kick or Treat Tournament is tailored for U9-U16 Boys and Girls Division 3 teams to help maximize their season. This tournament is sanctioned by US Club.
WHEN
October 29th and October 30th, 2011.
WHERE
The main site will be Central Park with the additional sites to be determined. Central Park is one of Northern California’s Premier Facilities and has hosted the State Cup and many regional events, additionally boasts 10 fantastic grass fields.

U9-U16 Boys and Girls comp teams.
LEVEL OF PLAY
Division 3 Comp teams
However, those teams/clubs wishing to pay by check need to make their check payable to FYSL and mail to:

Please make sure you inform us of which team the check is for when sending it in.
** Please fill in the on line application fully. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
** If you can not pay on line you still have to register on line and then send in your check.
** Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
** Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
** Any team which withdraws after the application deadline of (October 1st) will not be eligible for a refund.

INSURANCE
Teams that are not US CLUB registered are allowed to enter but they must complete the new CYSA form;
Teams that are accepted to the Tournament will need to send proof of this forms completion to rcaldwell@mvusoccer.com no later than October 20th, 2011.
This form will also need to be displayed during registration. Without it, accepted teams will not be able to play and forfeit tournament entry fee.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U9-U11 Boys and Girls teams play 8-a-side and may carry up to 14 players on their roster.
U12-U16 Boys and Girls teams play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster.

COMMUNICATIONS
Each team is required to have an e-mail address and a designated team contact in order to receive all tournament communications. All communication will be carried out via e-mail and the internet.

Friday October 28th - 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
