USYS Team Check-In Checklist
There will be a mandatory tournament check-in at the the Marriott Courtyard on Friday night, October 29, 2009 from 6:00-9:00 PM.
The Marriott Courtyard is located at 47000 Lakeview Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94538.
No teams without proper and complete credentials will be allowed to play - no exceptions. No late check in is allowed, without prior approval of the Tournament Director. If you need further assistance, please contact Rich the tournament director at rcaldwell@fysl.org.
