Any registration received after the deadline will be placed in the

For training fee payment - Follow these steps:
3. Choose a plan - to pay your monthly training fees by installments (subscribe), buy for the whole year, select age group etc.
4. Enter your information and purchase
Please note any payments made in cash, check or credit card (through another source other than the PayPal system listed above) will incur a $15 per payment admin fee. A fee of $45 will be charged for a returned check.
Please note, all players (including guest players) need to have paid the MVU registration fee to participate in the MVU comp program.
