Emma Tipping began her soccer career in Allentown, PA where she played on club teams and attended summer soccer camps throughout elementary and middle school. During high school she played for her school’s boys’ team and two other local clubs, twice attended the UNC soccer camps with Anson Dorrance, and worked for Jeff Tipping’s Soccer Schools of Excellence and the Kansas City Wizards Summer Camp.
Emma only logged one year of collegiate play with the Lehigh Carbon Community College team in Pennsylvania. After turning her attention to a more academic focus Emma obtained numerous bachelor degrees in art's and languages. She played in leagues over her summer and winter breaks. Two years ago Emma earned her National Coaching Diploma in Oxfordshire, England from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
She is a certified Title 8 referee and plans on earning her NSCAA Premier Coaching Diploma this summer. She will begin playing with the Menlo Park Women’s League next September
