Over the previous 5 years Dai has worked throughout California. David has held various soccer positions within several US soccer organizations, including Almaden Youth Soccer and UK International.

During the Fall 2007, Dai was a Professional Development Officer (PDO) with the Windsor United Soccer League, and more recently during Fall 2008 worked with the Dixie Youth Soccer Association as a Professional Club Train

Dai is a graduate of the university of Cardiff and holds a bachelors degree in Sport Development and Coaching, Dai is a also a qualified Level 3 Advanced Speed and Fitness Trainer and is a recognised member of REPS (Register of ExerciseProfessionals).
