Richard Caldwell descends from Nottingham, England and has travelled the world coaching soccer. He has studied extensively in England; gaining a Bachelors Degree in Sport & Exercise Science with honours which looked extensively at training methods and nutrition for soccer players. Richard continued his University career studying a Masters Degree at Leeds Metropolitan university which brought him to United States to complete his thesis on the Soccer industry.

Richard began his first coaching qualification aged 15 and has built up quite a list of qualifications for various areas of player development; most recently becoming one of the primary coaches to begin the first phases of the English FA Youth Award which he did so successfully. Richard has gained experience at all levels of soccer from grassroots’ to the National level and has been coaching for the last 12 years all over the world; a portion of this was spent working for the MLS running camps for the San Jose Earthquakes and NY/NJ Metrostars over a 3 year period.

For the past few years Richard has been working for Bolton Wanderers FC (of the English Premier League) working in their International Academy delivering their talent identification soccer camps in Australia, Spain, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Canada, New Zealand to name a few. He also spent a considerable time in Egypt developing an Academy for Bolton Wanderers FC.
